Elm Street funds were spent to restore the site at 103-105 Pius Street for neighbors to pay homage to those who have defended our freedoms. The All Wars Memorial Garden was rededicated on 9/11/2007 with members of the neighborhood and the Hilltop American Legion Honor Guard. The project involved a new fence, landscaping, and sidewalk.
