What is StepTrek?
It is a family-friendly noncompetitive walk through the South Side Slopes neighborhood. It is a self guided tour using maps and narratives. There are a series of streets, sidewalks and public stairways to walk.

What is the cost?
The 2023 event is pay-what-you-can with a suggested donation of $10 per person. Children 16 and under are free.
Can I register on the day of StepTrek?
Yes.
Can I volunteer to help?
Yes, we love our volunteers! If you volunteer, you get a free t-shirt, and you can walk the routes before or after your shift. Email steptrek@southsideslopes.org to sign up to volunteer!

How do I access the maps?
The pay-what-you-can registration includes access to the digital maps and route narratives that will be distributed electronically. This will allow you to walk the routes during the event on October 7, or anytime after that day.
How do I pick-up the t-shirt I purchased?
T-Shirts will be mailed to your house.
