Make right. The homes are tucked in tight on this narrow street overlooking the rivers. Stay left and climb 28 steps. An additional 17 steps continue up the right side of Hartford. That’s Arlington Ave. ahead with a trolley link to Allentown, a hilltop community. Make a right on Arlington Ave.
