Make a hard left. Take two steps up and continue up S. 12th along the sidewalk to the bridge. Mid-span, look left to view the S. 15th Street pedestrian bridge and right for the S. 10th St. foot bridge. At end of bridge, beside the utility pole with three street signs, carefully cross Brosville St. to Welsh Way on the right.
