The top of Welsh Way marks the entrance to the most recent park in the Slopes. Dedicated in 2016, the greenway honors the Knoxville Incline’s history. The space was created in partnership with GTECH Strategies as part of its ReClaim South program. The project is on the border of Allentown and the South Side Slopes and the Allentown CDC donated the trees planted at the top of the greenway. Continue up Welsh Way Steps.
