Slopes Garbage Olympics
Once again, the South Side Slopes Neighborhood Association will be competing in the Garbage Olympics! Let's make our neighborhood for extra clean for #StepTrek! The Garbage Olympics is Pittsburgh's yearly neighborhood vs neighborhood competition to see who can pick up the most trash! After the cleanup, there is a post event party at Threadbare Cider House with free refreshments and prizes. They award prizes for the most unusual trash and more!

StepTrek 2023
Pittsburgh StepTrek is the annual South Side Slopes Neighborhood Association fundraiser that supports projects for the betterment of the community. This family-friendly event combines photography, historic narrative and a sense of neighborhood dependent upon steps. Join the South Side Slopes Neighborhood Association to cheer on the 40th Dirty Dozen. Bicyclists will ride up Eleanor Street on Saturday October 28, 2022. We will be cheering at 2410 Cobden Street with hot coffee and hot cocoa to drink and serve to the riders. If you’re not familiar, the Dirty Dozen is a bicycle race up Pittsburgh’s 13 toughest hills.
